Hello, and welcome to The Nursery.

Miss Phillips and I have really enjoyed welcoming you all to your new class and getting to know you better. We have enjoyed discovering the areas in the classroom and learning our class routine. We are going to have so much fun together!!

Our inquiry for this half term is 'Me, My Friends and My Family'. We have some great things planned. New adventures and experiences galore!

We will be busy learning to share and to take turns through our play. We will  also be looking at the changes in nature during the Autumn term.

Mrs Tewkesbury will take the class every other Tuesday, when I undertake PPA time.

Your child's P.E days will be on a Tuesday (Outside) and Thursday (Hall). We ask you kindly to dress your child in plain, dark joggers / leggings, the school blue polo shirt and their trainers.

Every Monday will be 'Muddy Monday'!! We will spend the session exploring in the school garden, rain or shine! We kindly ask that your child brings a pair of wellington boots and a suitable coat or all in one suit to school on these days so they can fully participate in all our outdoor activities.

Your child should bring a bottle of water and fresh fruit or vegetables to school every day. 

Please label every item of clothing and water bottles with your child's name marked clearly to ensure that personal belongings are not lost.

Please inform us in advance of any changes in the people who may be collecting your child.
